Clearing Hurdles

Once the challenge has been identified it can be over come. Within reason. If the challenge were to score a touchdown against Micha Parsons or to climb Mt. Everest in your underwear or jump into an airplane engine. Then we’re getting beyond challenges and into murder.

Life is full of reasonable challenges, and challenges are obstacles meant to be overcome. That is how this sales process of this property has felt. One challenge after another, and that is how the process is designed. To give us challenges. I can see why some people prefer private sales.

It is still good to go through the process. Make sure everything is legally buttoned up and not open to future disputes. The problem comes from hidden costs. I have got to get this across the finish line while not incurring too much costs.

We have some allowance but not a lot and there is already an unexpected bill sitting next to me on my desk. I believe I am close, and I have the solution. It does lie in front of me in many ways. The problem is I am always unsure of my actions. I am never certain if the step I am going to take is the right one or one that leads me into more trouble.

The saying, time is money, exists for a reason and getting everything done and dusted is an advantage. Getting it taken care of and finished off takes everything to the positive. We get this done and we are onto the next step, and that is where we want to be. Onward and upward.

Challenges are meant to be overcome. They are meant to be conquered and every step of this process is a new challenge to overcome, and I will get there. Then this will be behind me until either the next challenge arises or I create a new one. I am good at creating new ones.
