Wars are not won
with blood soaked battlefields.
Wars are not won
with desecrated corpses.
Wars are not won
with villages aflame.
Wars are not won
with innocent charred remains.
Wars are not won
with armed intimidation.

Tyrants fight with fear
conscripting unlimited forces
promoting pillage and rape
creating an endless
chain of soldiers for sacrifice.

As simple as it sounds
love is the cure.
Wars are not won
at the point of a gun
or the edge of a blade.
Wars are won
in the souls of humanity
when words of love
spark revolution
in their hearts.
