The hardest fear to overcome.
Completely necessary for progress.
We spend our lives
gathered at our pond
organizing our ducks.
Watching many fly and
others paddle off in the water
diving after fish.
Ducks from other ponds
migrate mix and mingle.
We try and organize those as well
and at times we venture
to other ponds
collect those ducks
transport them back
and attempt to sort them in.
What we fail to realize is
the pond is a pond,
ducks are ducks,
we control neither,
and the greatest freedom
is letting the unknown
reveal itself
in its own due time.
